Emendations for the

Incrementa in Progressu 1983 Codicis Iuris Canonici

updated 30 March 2005

[T]here are tens of thousands of pieces of information in the Incrementa and it is impossible that human error has not affected the work. Only time and practical use will tell, but I will be very grateful if users of this work who detect errors do not hesitate to call them to my attention. I, and future users of the Incrementa, would greatly benefit by such kindness. From the "Introduction."

  • Occasional formatting inconsistencies have been found (not surprising: formatting was one of the trickiest parts of this project). If formatting cannot be reconciled with text, the text controls.

  • In the Appendix, the page headers should change to reflect the various drafts as correctly identified in each section (instead of always repeating "1982 Schema Codicis").

  • Page 35, 80 Schema 56: for "re51cusaverit" read "recusaverit".

  • Page 295, 80 Schema 284, for "aliquii" read "aliqui".
